A 46 years old Nigeria man was arrested in thiruvanmiyur Chennai for possessions of 55 grams of cocaine.

The accused was as Ali Oluwaseun Ibrahim was nabbed is special teams of Adyar police Based on a tip-off when he reached thiruvanmiyur bus terminus board a bus to peducherry on Saturday night December 26.

"Investigators revealed that Ali Oluwaseun flies from Nigeria to pune were he allegedly buys cocaine in bulk before reaching chennai by bus to sell each gram of cocaine Rs6000 to Rs10,000.

He does not stay in chennai but he delivered cocaine to those who has placed an order with him over the phone and then return to Nigeria. Said inspector Ramasundaram who was part of the team.

Apart of cocaine his passport flight to Nigeria and Cash were all seized.

If we had not secure him he would have flight to Nigeria on Sunday, said police.

The police said that the accused came once earlier this year before lockdown and took a break for the last few months due to restrictions."

IGP Adamu - Acclaimed Nigeria Police Officer as the Best in the World

  The Inspector general of police, Adamu Muhammad has explained why the Nigeria police is acclaimed to be the best in the world. Appearing on the channel television on Monday January 25, Adamu Muhammad said the police in Nigeria do a lot to keep the peace even though it is underfunded. Herdsmen Killed Member of OPC & Abduct Farmer in Ondo State

 Gunmen suspected to be Bandits have kill a Man of Oodua people congres OPC Daniel Adejuyigbe Iju Akure north local government area of Ondo state. It was gathered that the decease was part of the search team organized to secure the release of farmer, Solomon Akinmeji who was kidnapped at Okeji farm settlement last Saturday. Akinmeju was on his farm with some other workers when the armed men abduct him while others manage to escape. Youth of the town and members of opc formed a search party to secure the release of the farmer but Adejuyigbe went missing during the search. Confirming the incident, the Ondo state police command spoke person, Tee Leo Ikoro, said an investigation has commenced in to the matter while some detective from the state have been drafted to comb the forest. Ikoro, added that the state commissioner of police, Bolaji Salami has ordered a manhunt for the criminal assured that the abducted farmer will be released. By Rashidat Mustapha from Abuja.
