General Marwa Was Appointed as the New NDLEA Chairman by President Buhari
General Marwa President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed former Military administrator for Lagos and Borno state, Gen, Muhammad Buba Marwa as the new Chairman/CEO of the national drug law enforcement agency NDLEA. Before his recent appointment, the close ally of the President had worked assiduously as chairman of presidential advisory committee for elimination of drug abuse PACEDA between 2018, and December 2020 along with others to developed blue print on how to end drug abuse in Nigeria. The nation reported that Senior special assistant to President on media and publicity, Mallam Garbage Shehu confirmed the appointment while responding to a media enquiry on Saturday 16 January.
