Covid-19 New Cases Recorded in Nigeria
A 1598 New cases of coronavirus were recorded in Nigeria on Saturday January 16 as announced by the Nigeria center for disease control NCDC. The health agency gave the break down of the new cases across state as follows, Lagos - 461 FCT - 206 Plateau - 197 Rivers - 168 Kaduna - 116 Anambara - 53 Ogun - 49 Ebonyi - 47 Edo - 42 Sokoto - 32 IMO - 31 Katsina - 31 Oyo - 30 Akwa ibom - 27 Delta - 16 Kano - 16 Abia - 15 Niger - 15 Ondo - 11 Bayelsa - 10 Borno - 9 Kbbi - 8 Ekiti - 7 Jigawa - 1 They are 108,943 confirm coronavirus cases in the country and 1420 death recorded, 85,367 patients recovered from the diseases and also been discharge.
