  The Europeans union has extend the the Nigeria beans import to June 2022 over Nigeria failure to implement food safety action plan submitted in 2018. The euro food safety had in 2015 banned Nigeria beans because it contains between 0.3mg per kilogram and 4.6mg per kg of Dichlorvos, a pesticides when the maximum acceptable reduce limit was 0.01mg pee kg. The commission extended the importation of dry beans from Nigeria aunt 2019 owing the continuous present of the pesticides. It has gained extension ban. By Rashidat Mustapha from Abuja.

 A 1598 New cases of coronavirus were recorded in Nigeria on Saturday January 16 as announced by the Nigeria center for disease control NCDC. The health agency gave the break down of the new cases across state as follows,  Lagos - 461 FCT - 206 Plateau - 197 Rivers - 168 Kaduna - 116 Anambara - 53 Ogun - 49 Ebonyi - 47 Edo - 42 Sokoto - 32 IMO - 31 Katsina - 31 Oyo - 30 Akwa ibom - 27 Delta - 16 Kano - 16 Abia - 15 Niger - 15 Ondo - 11 Bayelsa - 10 Borno - 9 Kbbi - 8 Ekiti - 7 Jigawa - 1 They are 108,943 confirm coronavirus cases in the country and 1420 death recorded, 85,367 patients recovered from the diseases and also been discharge.   SULE - is out of ignorance for calling Nigeria a fail state. NEWS BY:- Raymond Governor SULE of nasarawa state has dismissed the reports of Nigeria drifting toward a failed states as alleged by some international news platforms. The Governor who was a guest on Channel Televisions Sunday Politics, averred that the allegations is borne out of ignorance and a deliberate ploy to dent the image of the nation. SULE, however admitted that more still need to be done especially in the area of security, though the country has significant improved.

  The confirmed new cases of coronavirus. NEWS BY:- Raymond Over 712 new cases of Coronavirus were recorded in Nigeria on Friday, December 25 as confirmed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control. A breakdown of the new cases is as follows; Lagos-388, FCT-77, Kwara-39, Katsina-35, Bauchi-33, Plateau-22, Ogun-18, Akwa Ibom-16, Delta-13, Kaduna-12, Osun-12, Yobe-11, Sokoto-10, Kebbi-8, Enugu-6, Edo-5, Ondo-3, Niger-2, Kano-1 and Oyo-1.
