Nollywood actor.  Nollywood actor, Dan Nkoloagu is dead. He passed on Friday January 22 2021, his son Dan Nkoloagu Jr announced on Facebook. Sharing the photos of the veteran actor on hospital bed, the bereaved son wrote,  IT WAS A BLACK FRIDAY FOR US YESTERDAY as my dad left us with out saying good bye. May his soul rest in peace.  Ali Namadi the winner of the last Saturday local government election in Bebeji local government area of KANO state is dead. Hi campaign public relations officer, Ibrahim Tiga said he died around 1:00am on Tuesday January 19. The cause of his death is yet to be found, Ibrahim Tiga however said the funeral prayer will take place in his home town Bebeji on Tuesday morning. By Rashidat Mustapha

Maduike died after complaining of body pains around 12pm on Saturday January 9 2021. The Nollywood actor and radio broadcaster, writer, vice over artist, film maker and television personality featured in more than 150 movies. May his soul rest in peace.

  Ibidapo Obe - died of coronavirus . Former vice Chancellor of university of Lagos, Professor Oyewusi Ibidapo One has died. Ibidapo One died of coronavirus complications on Sunday January 3 he was 71 years old. Born on July 4 1949, the former university don was a one time President of Nigeria academic sciences he attended both Ilesa Grammar school and igbobi college from 1962- 1968 and university of Lagos from 1968 - 1971. He was awarded a Bachelor of science (B.sc Hons) degree in mathematics at first class division by the university of Lagos Nigeria in 1971, A master in Mathematics (M.Maths) degree in applied mathematics with a minor in computer science in 1973 and a Doctor of philosophy PhD in civil engineering with specializations in applied mechanic/system in 1976 both from the university of Waterloo, Ontario Canada. He survived by his wife Olusola and four children. May his soul rest in peace. Amen
