Jerry Rawlings the Ex- Ghanian President has been Buried

 Former President of Ghana, Jerry Rawlings has been laid to rest. Rawlings was buried with full military honour on Wednesday January 27 after a state funeral was attended by Ghanian President, Nana Akufo Ado and representative of the world leaders. 18 Drug Dealer Were Arrested in Kano

  Kano state police command has arrested 18 illicit drugs dealers for    supplying intoxicant to notorious thugs also known as Yan Daba. Spoke man of the state police command DSP Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa, who confirm this in the 1statement on Wednesday January 27 said large quantities of drugs were recovered from the suspect. Federal Civil Servants are Directed to Work from Home

  Federal civil servants on grade level 12 and below have been directed to work from home following the increase case of coronavirus recorded in country. In the circular dated January 26 and address to the Chief of staff to the President Muhammadu Buhari, Clark of the national Assembly and permanent Secretaries, the head of the civil servants Folasade Yemi Esan said the decision was taken to curbs the spread of coronavirus. Nine Others & Mother with her Three Kids Died in a Car accident in Banue State

  No fewer than 13 persons have died in a terrible car incident that occurred in Ogodumu, along Otukpo Adoka Banue state. The incident happened Tuesday afternoon January 26. The accident was reportedly caused by articulated truck that lost control and rammed into a fully loaded bus going to Abuja. Among the decease were mother of three kids between the age of 3,5 and 7 who were traveling in the bus. New Date Was Announced by NECO for 2020 SSCE Examination

 The national examination council NECO has announced the new date for the 2020 SSCE external examination. The exam body said the examination which were scheduled to commerce February 1 and end March 3 will now start February 8 and end March 10. NECO spoke man, Azeez Sanni made this known via a statement released on Tuesday January 26, it was further learnt that special arrangements has been made for candidates who missed some paper due to the #EndSars protests in certain state to take those exam with the external candidates.   The Inspector general of police, Adamu Muhammad has explained why the Nigeria police is acclaimed to be the best in the world. Appearing on the channel television on Monday January 25, Adamu Muhammad said the police in Nigeria do a lot to keep the peace even though it is underfunded. He also disclose that when Nigerians officers are taken out of the country to an international environment were the logistics of effective policing are available, they perform wonderfully well. Taraba State One Local Government Chairman was killed by Gunmen

 Salihu Dovo Chairman of Ardo Kola local government area of Taraba state has been killed by gunmen who kidnapped him early Sunday morning. It was learnt that the gunmen stormed Mr Dovo's residence in Sabin gari at about 1:00 am at thereafter abducted and killed him. An eye witness told premium time that the suspected assassins called an official of the local government to announced that they have murdered Mr Dovo and also mentioned were to recovered his corpse. The source said; "They called an official of the cancil to inform him of the killing,  telling them to go a search for the corpse in the bush. Governor Abdullahi Sule has Raise Alarm over Boko Haram Regrouping in Nasarawa State

  Nasarawa state Governor ABDULAHI SULE has said that members of dreaded sect 'Boko haram' are regrouping in the state and carrying out act of violence.
